Alex and Ciera, two teenagers, walked up to the X Factor judges and looked very excited. Even though it looked like everything was against them, no one could have guessed what the talented couple had in the showroom for them.

When the boyfriend and girlfriend said they were going to sing a sultry version of Britney Spears’ song “Toxic,” Simon said, “Really?” and gave them the go-ahead to start.

But they didn’t let that stop them. Instead, they joined hands on stage and did their best to avoid the shocked looks of the judges and the crowd, who didn’t think much of them. When the song began, it wasn’t a techno-pop version of “Toxic.” Instead, it was a soulful version with a guitar.

Sierra started to sing with a strong, seductive voice, and Alex soon joined her with a powerful harmony. She was nervous as she looked at him, but Alex was totally into his role. Alex was going to start another verse when Sierra joined in on the harmony. She did such an excellent job that Simon seemed quite impressed.
