Brandi Glanville has revealed she’s facing serious financial and medical challenges due to an undiagnosed facial condition.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star says she’s spent more than $113,000 on treatment, exhausting her resources in the process.

“I’m out of funds. I’ve spent over six figures already,” she told Us Weekly, adding that the condition has consumed her life.

Despite consulting top specialists in infectious diseases and allergies, and undergoing multiple tests including CAT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, doctors still haven’t determined what’s affecting her.

Glanville said she joined OnlyFans in 2023 to help offset her mounting medical bills, as many of her treatments are not covered by her insurance.

She also described disturbing symptoms, including painful lumps, a constant foul-tasting drainage in her mouth, and what she believes is a parasite that moves through her face and body.

The health issues began in October 2023 when she was rushed to the hospital with severe facial swelling and collapsed.

She believes the stress stemming from drama related to Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip—including accusations by castmate Caroline Manzo—may have triggered or worsened her condition.

Glanville, 52, continues to search for answers and hopes to find a dedicated doctor to help not only herself but others facing similar unexplained conditions. “I’m at my wits’ end,” she said.
