According to a recent report, Prince William is expected to revoke Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s HRH (His/Her Royal Highness) titles once he becomes king.

A royal insider told the *Daily Beast* that William is angered by Meghan’s continued use of the title in promoting her lifestyle brand, particularly a recent gift basket labeled “With the Compliments of HRH The Duchess of Sussex.”

The source said Meghan’s actions go against an agreement made with the late Queen Elizabeth II, adding that William believes the couple has betrayed the royal family.

Though King Charles III has tolerated the situation, insiders claim William will not. A friend of the prince stated he “despises” Harry and Meghan and will not allow them to use their titles as leverage.

Another courtier dismissed Meghan’s claim that the title was used in a personal context, insisting the agreement banned *any* usage of HRH.

A spokesperson for Meghan and Harry said the gift was not for commercial purposes and defended the use of the title in a personal context.

Still, the couple’s official royal exit statement clearly states they are not to use their HRH titles.
