Prince William and Princess Kate appear to be reconnecting on a deeper level as they navigate major life changes and celebrate 14 years of marriage.

Since tying the knot in April 2011, the couple has welcomed three children, taken on greater royal responsibilities, and faced serious challenges—most recently, Kate’s chemotherapy treatment.

Despite everything, their bond seems stronger than ever. During a recent visit to the Isle of Mull in Scotland to mark their anniversary, William and Kate looked more relaxed and affectionate than the public has seen in years.

A source present during their visit noted how comfortable and happy the couple appeared—frequently touching, laughing, and sharing inside jokes.

Their return to the island, a meaningful spot they visited as students back in 2003, appeared to bring back fond memories. Kate recalled taking home watercolor paintings from that earlier trip, which now hang in their Anmer Hall bedroom.
