Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Son Looks Unrecognizable After Dropping 30 Pounds — You Won’t Believe What He Stopped Eating!

Christopher Schwarzenegger, the youngest son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, recently shared the story of his weight loss journey during the Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit in Los Angeles.

Speaking on a panel alongside Kelly Osbourne, the 27-year-old revealed he began his transformation in 2019 while living in Australia, where he realized his weight was limiting his ability to enjoy everyday activities.

He recalled wanting to go skydiving but recognizing that his size made it impossible. Christopher admitted he had struggled with weight loss for years, trying different methods even as early as high school.

He said the journey involved a lot of trial and error, and he still doesn’t feel like he’s reached his final “after” stage.

A major breakthrough came when he gave up bread for Lent. Committed to sticking with the sacrifice, Christopher ended up losing 30 pounds just by cutting out bread from his diet. He joked that his Catholic faith kept him on track, helping him stick to the commitment without cheating.

Christopher surprised fans when he appeared in Los Angeles over Easter weekend, noticeably slimmer and healthier. He sported a navy shirt, khaki pants, and white sneakers, holding a Chick-fil-A cup.

His transformation has inspired many, proving that small changes and consistency can lead to significant results.

He has three siblings — Patrick, Christina, and Katherine (who’s married to actor Chris Pratt) — and a half-brother, Joseph Baena.
