Gisele Bündchen just gave fans a heartwarming surprise this Mother’s Day by sharing the first photo of her newborn with boyfriend Joaquim Valente.

The Brazilian supermodel, 44, posted a sweet image on Instagram showing her cradling the baby, who wore a onesie that read, “I ❤️ Mom.” Though Gisele didn’t reveal the baby’s name, the post marked her official announcement of the new addition to her family.

This is Gisele’s third child and her first with Joaquim. She hadn’t publicly spoken about the pregnancy, choosing instead to savor the moment privately.

“I’ve been quiet but very busy living life,” she wrote in both English and Portuguese. “Sometimes, the most beautiful moments aren’t shared — they’re simply lived.”

She also reflected on the recent loss of her mother, Vânia Nonnenmacher, who passed away in January 2024 after a battle with cancer. Despite the emotional weight of the day, Gisele expressed gratitude and love, calling motherhood her greatest gift.

“Today, I especially miss my mom, but my heart is full,” she shared. “Being a mother humbles me, teaches me, and fills me with gratitude every day.”

The post included a tender group photo featuring Gisele, the baby, and her two children from her previous marriage to Tom Brady — Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12.

Brady, who split from Gisele in 2022, also marked the day by honoring the mothers in his life, including Gisele, with a heartfelt Instagram message.
