The queen of beauties, Christie Brinkley, is 62 years old. She claimed to be at the height of her life in an interview given on the occasion of her 60th birthday.
This is the ideal illustration for individuals who like to complain that life has ended and is over.
She has three kids, the most recent of whom she gave birth to at the age of 44. She continues to work as a model.
She has been on more than 500 magazine covers over the course of her modeling career. She also persevered through four divorces, produced a best-selling book, appeared in five movies and television shows, and won numerous honors for her humanitarian activities (Christy is an activist for human and animal rights).
She started her own cosmetic line at age 57, secured a multi-year advertising contract with the cosmetic company CoverGirl at age 51, flaunted a great physique in a picture session for Haute Living at age 58, and wore a swimsuit on the cover of People magazine at age 60.
Since she was 13 years old, Christy has been a vegetarian, and she credits her vegetarianism as the main source of her beauty (a good example for those who foam at the mouth proves that vegetarianism is evil and the cause of disease, and yet all the most awesome women in the world do not eat meat: Uma Thurman, Nicole Kidman, Penelope Cruz, Natalie Portman, Gwyneth Paltrow, Liv Tyler, Stella McCartney – a vegetarian from birth, Madonna, Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, Kim Bassinger, Drew Barrymore, Brooke Shields, Demi Moore, Kate Winslet).
Back to Christy, though. She explains her everyday diet as follows: “I have oatmeal or yogurt with berries and fruits for breakfast. Often, salad for lunch consists of beans and nuts. The vegetables are dinner.
Christy also consumes banana chips or chilled coconut water when she wants something sweet. Nonetheless, Brinkley has a slight weakness for pasta, which she occasionally indulges in.
Christy uses her home gym for 10 minutes each day to exercise her arms, legs, and stomach. Also, he performs 100 pushups. Yoga, running, aerobics, dancing, surfing, rafting, kayaking, skiing, and cycling are further activities she engages in. She views her incredible body as the product of hard work rather than a natural gift.
Although Christie says she has never had plastic surgery, she does plan to in the future. while incurring various “beauty injections” costs.
Christy and her daughter Sailor are shown here at 59 years old:
And she is 61 years old in this picture!
According to my generation, 60 is the new 30. We don’t conform to the norms; instead, adds Christie, “we make the world we want to live in. Such a philosophy has an obvious outcome.
