Jason Biggs stunned fans with a striking transformation at the 2025 City Harvest Gala: Carnaval in New York City, showing off a leaner frame after losing over 40 pounds.
The 46-year-old actor, best known for his role in *American Pie*, looked almost unrecognizable in a sharp navy suit and appeared more confident than ever.
But the actor insists his new look wasn’t the result of fad diets or trendy weight-loss injections. Speaking to the *Daily Mail*, Jason explained that his journey stemmed from stress and lifestyle shifts brought on by directing his first feature film.
“It was the most professionally stressed I’ve ever been,” he admitted, noting that the demanding schedule played a big part.
Jason, who once faced public criticism for his weight, says he didn’t use Ozempic or undergo surgery. “It was just healthier eating and biking,” he shared. One of his favorite routines? Cycling up the West Side Highway to New Jersey.
He emphasized that the transformation was gradual, taking about a year and a half of trial and error. “I didn’t have a target number. I just wanted to feel better and lower my cholesterol — and I did.”
The actor credits his wife, Jenny Mollen, for helping model a healthy lifestyle at home, including for their two sons. Jason, who’s been sober since 2017, also expressed interest in how new medications might help others in addiction recovery.
Though proud of the change, Jason says he’s not ruling out gaining weight again for a role — proving he’s still committed to his craft, no matter his size.
