Meghan Markle and Prince Harry experienced a slightly awkward moment during their visit to New York City on April 24, 2025.

As Meghan arrived at the Jazz at Lincoln Center for her Time100 guest appearance, she exited one of the vehicles in their motorcade.

At the same time, Prince Harry, who joined her for the trip, walked around the SUV to help her out of the car. However, Meghan was distracted by a woman waiting to greet her, completely missing Harry’s attempt to assist.

Unaware of the brief interaction, Meghan continued walking toward the building with a smile and waved at photographers outside. Harry, unbothered by the minor slip-up, calmly followed her inside.

At the Time100 Summit, Meghan spoke about her busy and ambitious year, highlighting her recent ventures, including the launch of her lifestyle brand, As Ever.

She reflected on how the past year had been filled with challenges and growth but expressed how grateful and happy she feels. Meghan also credited Harry for his strong support, describing him as “so supportive” throughout this journey.

During her onstage chat, Meghan revealed why she chose not to film her Netflix show at their Montecito home, saying it wasn’t the kind of environment she wanted for her children.

She also shared a sweet update about their son, Archie, revealing that he’s about to lose his first baby tooth this week.
