Ben Affleck recently shared that one of the most unforgettable moments of his life — aside from the birth of his children — was a spontaneous game of catch with NFL legend Tom Brady.

Speaking on the *New Heights* podcast with Jason and Travis Kelce, Affleck revealed that while on vacation, Brady invited him to “run routes” together.

The actor admitted he wasn’t sure what kind of routes he was running but described the experience as deeply meaningful.

At one point, Brady told him to imagine it was the fourth quarter of the Super Bowl with seconds left and to just run. Affleck said he gave it everything he had — managing to catch the ball despite fearing a broken nose.

The moment left a lasting impact. “It was like the nicest thing anyone’s ever done for me,” Affleck said, calling it the “greatest day” of his life apart from having his kids.

He recalled celebrating the catch as if he had won a championship, calling friends to share the story. Jason Kelce compared it to a scene from *The Sandlot*, and Affleck wholeheartedly agreed.

He previously praised Brady in a 2020 interview, calling him “a prince,” “a sweet man,” and “the greatest football player that ever lived.”
