The rift between King Charles and Prince Harry has reportedly worsened, with insiders revealing that trust between father and son has completely broken down.

This comes after Prince Harry’s recent BBC interview in which he expressed a desire to reconcile with his family. However, sources claim the fallout from his public remarks has only deepened the divide.

According to one insider, Harry is emotionally drained from constantly being in conflict. “You can’t live in permanent battle mode. You’re a 40-year-old man. You’ve got to stop fighting the world,” the source told.

King Charles reportedly received only a brief heads-up about the interview.

While he is seen as someone capable of forgiveness, his eldest son, Prince William, is said to have firmly closed the door on any reconciliation attempts, citing a complete lack of trust. “The family feel private conversations with Harry are no longer possible,” said one royal insider.

Royal expert Robert Jobson believes Harry may have been attempting to reach out through his words, but feels the damage may already be done. “If he hadn’t said what he said, maybe there was still a chance,” Jobson added.
