K9 dogs are a very valuable and appreciated component of the police. They are constantly available and prepared to help their human coworkers save lives and safeguard their neighborhood.

The entire crew values and respects them for their diligent work. And when the time comes, they merit a flawless sendoff.

All of the staff members that worked with this wonderful K9 gave him their final honor in his case. On that sad day, everyone gathered to salute the hero before he was put to death.

Officer Berger and Tommy, a fantastic German Shepherd, worked together to the best of their abilities. Tommy was a loyal and devoted dog to his handler. Tommy completed all of his obligations over his five-year career.

Tommy was sadly diagnosed with a cancer that was aggressive and had to be put to sleep. Berger struggled with his choice, but he was at a loss for what to do.

The amazing dog received a farewell from his coworkers as a result. All of Ohio’s workers gathered there to honor their wonderful coworker as he made his final lap.

The most painful and emotional moment may have been that for Tommy and others who will always remember him as a model employee. Tommy, rest in peace; your work will always be invaluable.
